Noticeboard

Flu Clinics 2017   If you are eligible to receive a vaccination against influenza you can book your appointment now via the website or by calling reception.  All eligible patients will have received an invitation letter from the practice.
Since 5th September 2016,  we now operate a same day telephone-led consultation system - click here for further details Leaflets explaining the new system are also available in reception for you to take home.

Getting help for you and your family

Starting on Monday, 5th September 2016, we will be operating a same day telephone-led consulting service to make it easier and quicker for our patients to get help from our team at both Vauxhall and Tutshill Surgeries. Watch the video below to see how it works. Until the 5th September 2016, please continue to contact us in the usual way.

There are just three steps

1. You phone the surgery

All our doctors are qualified to help but if you want a particular doctor please call on the day they are working and we will try to fit you in but it may not always be the same doctor.

2. The doctor calls you back

Usually within an hour on the day you contact us but it may take up to 2 hours. You will be seen if that is needed.

3. You are always offered an appointment to see one of our GPs if needed

Generally on the same day, there is no need to book in advance

Telephone Advice

If you would like to speak to a doctor please leave your name, telephone number and a brief message, the doctor will ring you back at a convenient time.

Chaperones

You are welcome to request a chaperone to be present during your consultation or examination. Please let the doctor know that you would like this service.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please telephone us to cancel as soon as possible in order that we can offer that appointment to someone else. Should you miss two appointments within a six month period, we may write to you to ask you to let us know the reasons for this happening. As you may have missed your appointments through oversight or a genuine problem outside of your control, we would like to give you the opportunity to explain.

Extended Hours

On Wednesday or Thursday (alternate weeks) between 18:30 and 20:20 additional appointments are available which are intended for patients who work outside the practice catchment area and who have difficulty accessing our daytime appointments.
